Is Cheating Ever Justified

You walk in the door and hear a strange noise and you know that no one should be home yet, because you came home early and your significant other shouldn't be there and as you investigate you see them on the couch getting busy with someone else.  WTH?! I know that they are noting screwing around on me!  That ass is Cheating on me!!! Oh hell no!!!

Cheating is there a good to do it? Are red flags in our relationships because we to busy?  Is emotional cheating the same as sexual cheating?  We are about to discuss this and a lot more, so pour your wine and have seat, it's about to get deep up in here.
