ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE LAST DAYS

In Luke, Chapter 22, after the meeting in the upper room, Jesus accompanied by the disciples, left the upstairs room and went as usual to the Mount of Olives. There he told them, “Pray God that you will not be overcome by temptation.” Then Jesus knelt down and prayed this prayer: “Father, if you are willing, please take away this cup of horror from me. But I want your will, not mine.” Then an angel from heaven appeared and strengthened him, for he was in such agony of spirit that he broke into a sweat of blood, with great drops falling to the ground as he prayed more and more earnestly. Jesus stood up again and returned to the disciples—only to find them asleep, exhausted from grief. “Get up Jesus said! Pray God that you will not fall when you are tempted.” FRIENDS, JESUS, KNOWING HE WAS GOING TO DIE ON THE CROSS, PRAYED EARNESTLY UNTIL REAL BLOOD POURED OUT FROM HIS PORES WITH GREAT DROPS OF BLOOD FELL TO THE GROUND! THAT IS HOW MUCH HE LOVES US! HE WAS WILLING TO SHED HIS BLOOD FOR US! HOW MUCH DO WE LOVE JESUS? THESE DAYS, IT IS GETTING HARDER TO SERVE GOD IN THE NATURAL! THE WORLD IS AGAINST THE BIBLE, THE CHURCH AND THE CHRISTIAN PEOPLE WHO SERVE THE LORD! HOWEVER, WE NEED TO BE FAITH UNTO THE END AND SHARE THE LOVE OF JESUS WITH EVERYONE WE KNOW! 2 Timothy 3:1-5 says In the last days it is going to be very difficult to be a Christian. For people will love only themselves and their money; they will be proud and boastful, sneering at God, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful to them, and thoroughly bad. They will be hardheaded and never give in to others; they will be constant liars and troublemakers and will think nothing of immorality. They will be rough and cruel, hotheaded, puffed up with pride, and prefer good times to worshiping God. They will go to church but they won’t really believe anything they hear. Don’t be taken in by people like that.
