ITS TIME TO GO INTO THE PROMISED LAND

BIBLEBOOKCLUB: DEUTERONOMY 2:1-3:29, LUKE 6:12-38, PSALM 67:1-7, PROVERBS 11:27

In Deuteronomy 2, The children of Israel refused to go into the promise land because they feared the giants in the land and they didn't trust God to keep them safe. For that reason, God made them turn back and stay in the desert . For 40 years, they wandered around Mount Seir until the generation that didn't trust God died in the desert. Then God began to speak to the next generation about the Giants He would help them conquer in the promised land. God said "while you were in the desert for these 40 years, you have not lacked anything. The Lord watched over you and blessed you every step of the way. Now cross over the river and begin to take possession of the promised land. Beginning today, I will make people throughout the whole earth tremble with fear because of you and dread your arrival." The new generation had faith and believed the word of God and moved into the promised land. FRIENDS, GOD HAS A PROMISE LAND FOR EACH ONE OF US AND BY BELIEVING THAT GOD IS ABLE TO DO MORE THAN WE CAN IMAGINE! HAVE FAITH IN GOD AND YOU WILL CONQUER THE GIANTS IN THE LAND. THE NEW GENERATION CONQUERED BECAUSE THEY TRUSTED GOD TO HELP THEM EACH STEP OF THE WAY! Deuteronomy 6:17-18 (TLB) You must actively obey him in everything he commands. Only then will you be doing what is right and good in the Lord’s eyes. If you obey him, all will go well for you, and you will be able to go in and possess the good land that the Lord promised your ancestors.
