She holds a B.S. in Psychology, a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and a Masters in Counselor Education from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.
As an MC, host, actress, poet, and motivational speaker, she has performed in front of thousands, been featured in numerous publications and on several television shows including the Oprah Winfrey Show.
