A Survery of The Book of Jeremiah

Join us for a survery of the book of Jeremiah. Jeremiah was God's Prophet to warn Judah and Jerusalem to repent of their sin and turn back to God with a faithful and true heart. These nations had rebelled against God with apastsy of immoral ways and... followed after idol gods and worshiped them. The Priest and the Prophets of this time were lieing to God's people by promising them peace and prosperity, while God was speaking Judgment and destruction. This book is a warning to all that will have it in their heart to live a life of immoral acts with deception to decieve God's people. God will judge His people that are in leadership who leads others astray with false teachings. This book of Jeremiah is full of sadness when God moved His hand against His people on the day that judgement came. God had still loved Israel & would restore her.
