January 2016 will also be above average temps as well. February will get very cold temps. Accurately predicted Bill Cosby's problems will take years to get over and he is in a death phase of his chart indicated sex and endings. An 8 year also indicates Scorpio and floods, we are seeing that happen and it will continue in 2016 as Mars will be entering the sign of Scorpio. Floods primarily the NE coast.
