For most of us, gratitude is a familiar concept. We learn early how to say “please” and “thank you,” learned about grace and gratitude through biblical scripture, and we even celebrate the national holiday of Thanksgiving.
The practice of being grateful seems simple and easy, but true gratitude is not a scripted or obligatory experience. Simply being polite is not the same as gratitude.
Practicing gratitude is the workout for your soul. Many people make time to go to the gym to work out their physical bodies for physical results, BUT few of us spend time working out our inner well-being. I've learned that being grateful in all circumstances brings increase physically, spiritually, and materially. How does this happen? In Part 1, we will discuss the key importance of changing your mindset or perception. It's how you view things that determines how you will feel, react or manage your situation, which determines the outcome of your circumstances.
I look forward to sharing with you.
