Tonia Grady is an award winning television producer from Brooklyn, NY, who heads up her own production company "Gradygirl Productions,Inc."   In 2007, inspired by her daughter’s pain and her own anguish of raising a fatherless child, she decided to fight back by producing and directing her first documentary film. The film ‘Man-Up: The Exploration of a Fatherless Nation’ was born.
