Dog Guides Canada provide service to Canadians with disabilities in the areas of mobility, safety and independence.They are the largest national Dog Guide school in , that provides specially trained Dog Guides from one of four distinct programs. In addition to training Dog Guides for people who are blind visually impaired, Dog Guides are also trained to meet the needs of Canadians with a hearing or other medical or physical disability. Dog Guides, including all required training, travel and accommodation, are provided at no cost to qualified applicants from coast to coast.
