Infidelity – Why do People Cheat? Over the last few weeks Tiger Woods has been in the news for crashing his car into a tree. After a few days of media “hype”, it was discovered that Tiger had multiple affairs for the last few years. Not only did this come out, but one of his mistresses sold a voicemail tape to the media that contained a message from Tiger. In the message, Tiger noted that his wife has his phone and she may be calling. He asked her to remove her name from her phone and list it as a number only. He wanted her to do it quickly. This is a man that has EVERYTHING – a family, success and money; however that apparently is not enough. With that said, why do people cheat? Is one person enough for a man or a woman? Does the word commitment still exist in relationships? Let’s talk infidelity/commitment and why people cannot commit and why they cheat.
