March is Women's Month - Part 1

Join me as I feature LaTanya Flix, Executive Director of The Women's Resource of Greater Houston. LaTonya has dedicated her career to improving the lives of the disadvantaged and underserved and brings more than 13 years of experience. Her accomplishments include managing the largest women's transitional housing program in suburban Chicago; developing recommendations for the United Way of Houston on creating a financial asset building agenda and planning a summit for Casey Family Programs to address the overrepresentation of African American boys in the child welfare system, among many other honors.
