Eric opened the doors of The Montgomery Law Firm, PLLC in January of 2009 with the primary purpose of providing legal solutions and support to the small business community. After spending almost 20 years as a corporate attorney for various large companies in North and South Carolina, he seeks to provide the same type of sound legal advice and counsel to individuals and companies in the greater Charlotte community.
