Had Gloria Allred not walked into the courtroom with the family and plea to the Judge for to overturn the DA's offer of parole he would have walked a free man after 20 count's on another child was dropped. Richard Streate served 18 months. Changed his name while in Jail to Kyle Hochstrassen (high street in german). It took a team from 20/20 to locate him him the prison due to the name change.
