Charly McCracken, affectionately known as Charly, "The Motivational Pearl, is a author, speaker, trainer and business development coach who formed Ultimate Business Solutions and Ultimate Biz Hosting after being displaced from her job in 2012.  Her goal is to simply be a great business website creator and help her clients succeed.   Born and raised in Philadelphia,  Charly always had artistic abilities and attended Fleisher's Art Memorial as a child.  She later received certification in graphic design from the Art Institute of Atlanta and web designer certification from Clayton State University.  Charly has been known to treat her client's businesses like it was her own. She currently serves churches, nonprofits, and small business with web development and internet marketing strategies.  Charly also teaches web development and internet marketing to individuals, small groups and in local colleges.  She is fulfilling her life-long dream of entrepreneurship and LOVING IT!
