Black History Month!  We celebrate Black History, which is American History, but America's shame is that in spite of the election of an African-American president, in most other areas, people are not much farther along than in the day that the Reverend Martin Luther King recited his "I have a dream" speech.  on some parameters such as health, people of color, a term generally reserved for African-Americans and Latino Americans, are on the bottom rung when it comes to both health and wealth in America.  On the financial front, African-Americans as a whole are not climbing economically, but find out why we are better off than before and why all of America should care.

Join the conversation on LET'S TALK ABOUT IT as Geo Gee from the GeoGee Experience (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/geogee)  and Dr. Kira West (Contact her at 310-780-7011) join us to talk about the reasons behind the dismal statistics and what we can do to change them.  Hint:  EDUCATION is the KEY!
