"The Cry That Brings Deliverance" Psalm 40

Psalm 40 is a Psalm of David wherein he states that out of his distress, he called upon the Lord and something happened that changed David's position and his circumstances. You may be at your lowest point right now, but the Spirit of the Lord says, "It's time to cry out of a place that supercedes your emotions. For there is a cry that brings deliverance!"
