As my official first day back on the job the topic of discussion is the full armor of God. As stated in Ephesians 6, there are 7 parts to this armor that you need to know and use.

Belt of Truth- encircled in truth

Breastplate of Righteousness-protects your heart

Shoes of Peace-walk like Jesus does

Shield of Faith- protects you from the firey darts of the enemy

Helmet of salvation- recall your salvation

Sword of the Word-the bible

Prayer- communication with God

Armor that you don't know how to use is useless. Love ya.
