She has worked in workplaces and schools, with groups and individuals. She is a mediator and counselor, and expert witness for court of Queen’s Bench in matters relating to the custody and access of children. She is the author of “This is Out of Control! A Practical Guide to Managing Life’s Conflicts”, and “The Brief Book of Parenting”. Most recently, Kelly has been engaged in issues of bullying with children. She has written a curriculum for schools called “No Such Thing as a Bully”, which turns the bullying issue on it’s side. The curriculum doesn’t use the words bully or victim as labels, instead, replacing the words with bully actions and victim responses, and the understanding that we can all use either way of behaving at times.
