Sisters... Frienemies and so on and so forth

I don't understand the complicated reasoning behind women not being nice to each other. We as women should have more of a sisterhood going on among ourselves rather than being  so ugly to each other. Women these days are nasty to each other and treat each other with no respect. I hate to say it but African American women are extremely guilty of showing each ohter no love. Is it jealousy? Why all the attitude?
