Elder Law - How to Be Comfortable in Your Own Shoes

Mitchell A. Karasov, ESQ. began practicing law in 1998 as a Business Attorney.  In 1993, his legal specialization shifted as his ninety year old grandmother fell ill and he witnessed first-hand, the extensive stress inflicted on the caregiver of an elderly family member.  He became one of the individuals responsible for his family members medical, financial and legal decisions and learned of the need for more attorneys who truly understood elder care issues.  Mr. Karasov expanded his research and education in the field of Elder Law and opened his practice which focuses on all aspects of Elder Law, with the primary concentration in Conservatorships, Medi-Cal Planning, Elder Abuse Litigation, Probate and Trust Administration.
