If one were to follow social media chatter in boxing circles, you almost wouldn't know the Charlo brothers were fighting this weekend in separate competitive bouts headlining a very good Pay-Per-View card. You'd only know you're expected to spend $75 on something.

Indeed Showtime put together the kind of deep PPV boxing fans have asked for seemingly for decades now, and various moving parts and variables -- the COVID-19 pandemic, a poor economy, social unrest -- lead to questioning the timing of such an endeavor.
