4th of October 2013 is a New Moon in Libra. As an AstroMama, I'm likely to astro-speak. Libra rules relationships/partnerships. Venus rules Libra & Venus rules Fridays...as we've already shared. The #4 belongs to Ma'at, Ma'at is another Libran entity. #4 also holds a strong Aquarian energy, being that 4 is ruled by the planet Uranus.
