2014 was a year that will go down in history for a resurgene of racially charged incidents that have redirected the narrative resulting in a resurgence in activism and a much needed retrospective on race relations.

At the forefront of this reemergence, stands BLACK CONSCIOUSNESS, the stewarts of a fight long forgotten, but as evidenced by these rash of incidents, a fight that is far from over, a fight that is just as much alive in these so-call "post-racial" times we live in as it was when the Black Panthers of lore were pressing the line.                        

Militancy is something that has been a staple of our character, as a people ever since we realized the necessary determination it will take to break free of colonialism. 

Tonight's guest is one of the torch bearers of that storied legacy, someone who was standing tall in the face of adversity and sounding the alarm about the threat in our midst, long before it became a trending topic, a "hashtag" marathon, a marching order. 

We will discuss at length some of the issues we are facing as a "people" and what is the operable role one should take it this modern form of social activism that people are partaking in, as the planet moves toward a revolutionary mindset and shifts into cosmic change.
