On Tuesday, April 2, President Obama announced his proposal to spend $100 million on a human brain mapping initiative that would financially support brain-related research and efforts to combat Alzheimer's, autism, epilepsy, and paralysis, among other things.
Our guest, Dr. Jessica Phillips-Silver, is a neuroscientist whose specialty is the science of young brains.
