Sports Talk - More Than Just the Game!

It's been a week since the Houston Rockets lulled and angered fans as they woefully enterered the post season. Last week's home debacle in game six still has fans and undoubtedly management scratching their collective heads. What happened to James Harden? Should that one game diminish his perfromance for the rest of this NBA season? How does the team recover and move beyond that ending? What's next?

The Houston Astros are the bright spot for Houston sports fans. The Stros continue to roll and look like they are living up to the expectations that were set in the spring. They lead the red hot Rangers by eight games and still boast the best record in the majors at 29-12. Is this they year for the Stros?

In football, the Houston Texans and other teams around the NFL are in off-season work mode. OTA's are underway, the NFLPA Rookie Premier takes place this weekend and its business as usual around the NFL. 

Speaking of business as usual, politics is clearly the sport to keep your eyes on. There are more twists and turns happening on Capitol Hill than any prime time show. We'll also take a look at the hot topics fromt he world of politics on this week's show.
