Getting plenty of exercise helps to keep the body in good physical shape and reduces the risks of developing heart disease, diabetes and many other preventable illnesses.  Nevertheless, some are living with chronic conditions, many of which could have been avoided and others caused by genetic predispositions. While research is still being done to find cures for many of these illnesses eating healthy and remaining active can help reduce or relieve symptoms of chronic conditions.
