Melissa McGuinn

Melissa was abducted from Trenton,NJ on March 6,1988 by Wanda Reed,a woman living in Melissa's parents home who was severly handicapped. She was arrested and put in a mental hospital and escaped twice. She was deemed incompitant to stand trial. Today she is a free woman,but where is Melissa? Only minutes passed from the time she left with Melissa and when Becky (Melissa/s mom) saw Wanda again. What could have happened in such a small window of time.
