"The Transition of Women's Roles in the Church" Guest, Pastor Michelle Green

Executive Pastor Michelle R. Green was born in Syracuse, New York. She was raised and educated in San Diego, California, Weisbaden, West Germany and in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, and has been blessed to travel extensively throughout Europe at a young age. She has been married to Bishop Wayne A. Green, founder and overseer of The Armor of Light Christian Worship Center since June 10, 1988. In March 2011 Bishop Wayne Green and Pastor Michelle Green planted the Armor of Light Christian Worship Center, a ministry dedicated to training and development of God’s people for the end-time harvest. In December 2012 the Armor of Light Christian Worship Center moved to its new location, 13711 Old Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD. 

Pastor Michelle enjoys serving in many capacities at the Armor of Light Christian Worship Center. She is founder of the Steadfast, Positioned and Anointed (S.P.A.) Women’s Fellowship, a ministry designed to teach, train, empower and prepare women to walk in the authentic and unique calling of God upon their lives. The S.P.A. Women’s Fellowship sponsors prayer services, workshops, seminars, gatherings and retreats throughout the year, and reaches out to women of all ages. Pastor Michelle faithfully assists her husband, serving primarily in administration. She is an anointed speaker, intercessor and praise and worship leader. Pastor Wayne and Pastor Michelle currently reside in Bowie, MD and are blessed to have three of their adult children actively working in the ministry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, studying the Word of God, traveling, walking, shopping, spending quiet time with the Lord and listening to praise and worship music.
