The Kerri Edelman Show presents Hard Rock/Metal Band Cathercist

Since their inception in 2010, Cathercist has been making strides across the Gulf Coast with hopes of spreading their infectious sound. Cathercist has taken cues from the last three decades of metal and alternative rock, and revamped it for a modern audience. With their first single "Closer", they were able to attain airplay on various FM stations and gain slots on festivals such as the 2011 Rockstar Uproar Tour and 2012 Carnival of Madness Tour. More recently, Cathercist has also gained endorsements with Peavey Amps, Paiste Cymbals, Seagull Acoustics, Mooer Pedals, Dimarzio Pickups, and Berma Clothing.
