Rory E. Riley Esq.  On Paris Attack and VA  "Talking Veterans" with Ken Kraetzer

Rory E. Riley is principal at Riley-Topping Consulting located in Charlotte, NC. She is admitted to practice before the U.S Court of Appeals for Veterans claims and is a member of the Massachusetts and New York bars.

Ms. Riley is experienced in the area of veterans law and policy; has served on Capital Hill as Staff Director and Counsel for the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, Subcommittee on Disability and Memorial Affairs.  She has been invited to speak at The American Legion National Convention in 2012 and 2014; the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association in 2012; and the American University Law Review Symposium. She is also the two-time winner of the Paralyzed Veterans of American National Legal Writing Contest in 2008 and 2009.

Ms. Riley is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., History, cum laude, 2004), and Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2007). In her spare time, she coaches gymnastics and cheerleading for Special Olympics, including as the Team USA gymnastics coach at the Special Olympics World Games in 2011 and 2015.
