Ruby is with a group of students in Australia who are standing up for our future and demanding climate action from our goverment. Their aims for Australia is to stop the Adani mine, to have no new coal or gas and to move to 100% renewables by 2030. Ruby comes from a rural town in New South Wales and has seen her town affected by csg, pollution of our waterways, severe droughts and extreme heat waves as well as fish kills that have resulted from mismanagedment of their water. They are drawing attention and urging politicians to move forward for the sake of the children who are the future  through striking from school around Australia and now the world. In the idea that we can't learn for the future If we don't have future left.
