Weekend Summary - New Issues

We need court watchers for Aaron Rabold, a young autistic man who was charged with a violent crime for which there is no evidence. he has been jailed for 8 years, not for the crime for which he was charged but for assessment of the question "is he criminally insane or mentally ill". Although neither insanity or mental illness are criminal, it is already understood that Aaron is autistic and was diagnosed as such as a young child.
