EPISODE 111 "WHY ARE YOU HERE"

I often look at my life and analyze my accomplishments and my mishaps. There are things about it that I would DEFINITELY change if I could but I can really say that I know what my purpose for being here is. I was born to make music. It is my strongest natural talent. It is the one thing I REALLY love to do, that I do for free, and at times have even PAID to do. I have also been PAID for doing it. I think one of life's burning questions for a lot of people is what exactly do they want to do with their life. Why are they here, or what purpose can they serve to mankind, their family and peers. Some people never actually find that out before they die and I think that is pretty depressing. Life is a gift so they say, but not knowing your purpose is like opening that gift and not even knowing what the hell it is in the box. Even worse, you could open the box and KNOW what it is and how to use, but instead you just wrap it back up and toss it to the side. This is how I view people who KNOW their purpose or talents and NEVER use them or take advantage of them. We are all born with different purposes I think, even if we have similar talents. We may both have a nice flow, but he my be at the grammys, and I may never get signed to a major deal, but we BOTH create music that people like to hear and entertain themselves with. One person becomes a Senator, the other a community organizer, both went to school for similar fields but walked different paths. Such is life. But at least knowing what your purpose may be and recognizing your talents are the FIRST part that most don't even get to. So here goes: DO YOU KNOW YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE, IF SO WEN DID YOU REALIZE IT? DO YOU HAVE A NATURAL BORN TALENT THAT YOU USE OR DON'T USE? DO YOU BELIEVE WE ALL HAVE A PURPOSE? DO YOU WORK IN A FIELD THAT IS LEADING TO FULFILLING YOUR PURPOSE? ARE THE LIVES MOST PEOPLE LEAD BY DESIGN OR CHANCE? DO YOU FEEL LIKE MOST PEOPLE JUST DON'T HAVE A PURPOSE, THAT WE ARE JUST HERE TO SURVIVE?
