The Golden Truth

All of our lives we are bombarded with phrases and terms associated with gold:  Nursery rhymes - mother goose and the golden egg. The christmas story with gold, frankincense and myrrh. The golden rule, heart of gold, golden opportunity, worth its' weight in gold, striving for the gold medal.  Religion gives us heaven and streets paved with gold.  At the end of your working life, you are then presented with a gold watch.  Then we suddenly realize all that glitters is not gold, leading us to search for the truth.
The dictionary definition of truth does not adequately define  its' true meaning.
We are worth our weight in gold, it is said.  Yet what is hidden is the GOLDEN TRUTH that we ARE the value, we are the gold and the buried treasure that we seek.
