Apparently the Crystal Minnesota Police Department engages in serious acts of police misconduct, and allegedly attempts to silence honest cops by way of retaliatory disciplinary actions.

Is it possible that Crystal Minnesota Police Department training officers make bets about when a new recruit officer will be fired? 

Is it possible that several high-ranking police officials of the Crystal Police Department covered up and failed to investigate an incident of theft and burglary committed by police officers?

Is it possible that Crystal’s Police Chief suspended honest officers without filing any charges against them?
