Reverend Juanita Fletcher was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to James and Alice Barno. She is the oldest of six children and has five children and six grandchildren. Juanita is a born again believer in Jesus Christ. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized in February of 1992. Although she accepted Christ in 1992, she did not fully commit her life to Him until November of 1998; and since then have been on the battlefield for the Lord. She is a dedicated Christian and a strong prayer warrior, believing there is no obstacle powerful enough to stand in the way of her work for the Lord. On May 1, 2005, she was licensed as an evangelist of the Gospel under her father in the ministry, the Rev. Dr. George L. Savage of East Bethel Baptist Church. On June 29, 2008, she was ordained as a minister of the Gospel at New Kingdom Baptist Church under the pastorate of Rev. Malcolm Medley. She is currently settling in the promised land of the Freedom Movement, a new church plant with the Rev. Malcolm Medley, where she serves as an associate pastor, the spiritual advisory council, and has established an intercessory prayer ministry. While under the leadership of Rev. Medley, she birthed an intercessory prayer ministry called Carry Me International Ministries, an anointed spirit-filled ministry – praying healing, and delivering the nations.
