Today, our Health Guru, Beverly Nadler, will explain why most people are not able to keep their New Year's resolutions. When you consciously want something and set goals – which is what your resolutions are -- to achieve them – often only about 2-3% of your subconscious mind (the part of your mind that directs your life) is involved in this decision. If the other 97-98% is not in agreement with what you want, you are not getting it. Even when you take appropriate action, unless the other 97-98% is in “vibrational harmony” with your desire, your goal or resolution eludes you.

It is not just your “mind” that is involved, because your mind – both conscious and subconscious -- operates through your physical brain. Find out today what you must know about your brain and how it functions in order keep your resolutions and achieve the goals you set for yourself.
