Steve Coplon is the Founder/Executive Director of Right Thinking Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to fight to reduce Recidivism, a problem of epidemic proportions. A highly successful lifetime entrepreneur personally involved in over hundreds of millions of dollars of economic development, he has developed a program that is based on biblical principles and proven business practices necessary for success. Following in the footsteps of Napoleon Hill, who he was first introduced to 45 years ago, RTF's financial education program teaches responsibility and making good choices.  He has a remarkable ability to connect with people using Hill's principle of the Master Mind to work toward making the world a better place in which to live. Don Green, Executive Director of the Napoleon Hill Foundation, and Robin Casarjian, Founder of the Lionheart Foundation, are two of his mentors who strongly support his uniquely powerful program.

Steve believes that the very best way to fight Recidivism is to get to the youth before they go too far out into the world and screw up and to teach them to make good choices.  He brings real life experiences to high school students at An Achievable Dream Academy, a charter school for the at-risk in the public school system in Newport News, VA thru teaching financial literacy.
Steve is embarking on an unusual goal. He is traveling to prisons in all 50 states delivering his message of Love, Encouragement and Hope.  Right Thinking Foundation's Online Support Network is a valuable resource that helps people move their lives in the right direction.
