Napoleon Hill Foundation Certified Instructor, Tom Cunningham (too tall) interviews Ray Cantu.

When Ray found himself 40 pounds overweight and stuck in a life rut, he knew he had to do something.  Interestingly enough, he found a direct correlation with career success and health success - that the same success principles could be found in both. His belief is that the way you do one thing is the way that you do everything and if you can take control of your health and fitness, you can take control of everything else in life.

Ray and his wife Stef were actually married right after they completed a Half Ironman race in Austin, Texas.

Over the last 7 years, Ray and his wife Stef have helped thousands of people take control of their health to live healthy and fulfilling lives by implementing proven systems that anyone can do.  It doesn’t matter if you live in Alaska or Antartica, if you have an internet connection Ray can show you the way.

In our brief time together, Ray shares how he uses concepts and teachings from Napoleon Hill’s Science of Success to stay motivated to obtain this richness in life.  After all, it was Napoleon Hill who said that Sound Health is the second most valuable richness, right behind a Positive Mental Attitude.  Ray also shares how Sound Health may be the missing link between where you are now currently with your finances to where you want to be.

Ray is a certified Napoleon Hill instructor and is passionate about helping people master the principle of Sound Health. From now until your time is called by the Creator, you will have just one body.  It pays to take care of it.
