Peter Goral interviews Tim Chhim, Taylor Tagg, and Tom too tall Cunningham authors of Adversity to Advantage: 3 Epic Stories of Transforming Life's Obstacles into Opportunity.

The 3 co-authors are all Napoleon Hill Foundation Certified Instructors and the book is based on the Success Principle of Learning From Adversity and Defeat. That principles states that "Every adversity you meet carries with it a seed of equivalent or greater benefit."
