Barclay Fisher is originally from Alabama. He served in the U.S. Army for three years and then went to college where he earned a scholarship as a walk on in football.

He has a degree in History and Political Science and has coached both football and baseball in college and High school.

Barclay spent 12 years with Combined Insurance of America, W Clement Stone's company. After starting out as a salesman, he was promoted to sales manager and then to sales trainer in Birmingham with Wayne Drye as State Manager. Wayne was the first person to sell 100 policies for 52 consecutive weeks.

After earning Sales Trainer of the year Barclay was promoted to Assistant Region Manager over the southern part of Georgia. He then left to start his own consulting business and used Mr. Stone and Napoleon Hill’s plan to grow several businesses and to build others with their timeless formulas.

One business went from 15 people to over 200 and more than 20 million dollars in sales. Today he hosts a radio show on Raven International and is writing a Book "Connecting to your Greatness"

Barclay has introduced W. Clement Stone, Og Mandino and others to live audiences as part of his work side by side with these great men. He also helped promote seminars featuring both Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone.
