On today’s show we are going to utilize the energies of this amazing Super Moon that we experienced yesterday and the lingering effects of it today. We will clear out stagnant energy from our cells, organs, bones, ligaments and energy field on a different level of knowing. We will breathe through each chakra with love and intention as we release what no longer serves us anymore, on a mental, physical and emotional level. We will replace new found energy in those gaps for us to reach our ultimate desires as we clear out the mind, body and soul. Today’s, show please make sure you have no distractions and you are able to lay down. Please light 3 white candles before the show. Before you like the candles, I want you to speak to them of all the things you no longer want. When you feel you are finished with speaking to the candle say, I shed light on all my prayers. Repeat this with the second candles. When you light the third candle, speak of things you want and desire in your life, once you feel you are done, light the candle and repeat I shed light onto all my prayers, 3 times.
