Jannettte Anderson met John Stanko 20 years when she heard the purpose message. In today's show, Jannette shares the highlights of her purpose journey since then and also discusses what she is hearing about her purpose in these times of lockdown and isolation. 

Jannette Anderson is an experienced educator, clinician, adjudicator, and conductor.  Ms. Anderson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of North Texas in Denton and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification from Dallas Baptist University.  She holds professional affiliations with the Texas Choral Directors Association, Texas Music Educators Association, and the Texas Music Teacher Association.

As an educator, Ms. Anderson is passionate about training students to dream and achieve to reach high level of success. Choirs under her direction consistently earn UIL Sweepstakes in both concert and sight-reading.  For the last ten years, she has received Sweepstakes Ratings in Middle School and High School.

Currently, Ms. Anderson serves as the Region XX Middle School Chair.  In this position, she is passionate about leading with the desire of assisting directors to dream and achieve high levels of excellence.   

When she is not involved in Irving ISD or Region XX, Ms. Anderson teaches at Christ for the Nation in Dallas since 2007.  On the weekends, Ms. Anderson has been a church choir director, worship team member, musical director, video director basically anything she can volunteer at church.
