Everything begins with a thought. Whatever occupies your mind becomes you. If you think negative thoughts they ultimately manifest themselves so changing your thoughts to positive thoughts propels you in the right direction. Why are people like Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Fifty Cents, and President Barack Obama among others so successful? If you ask them you will see one continuing pattern in their answers which is a belief that the thing they were striving for could be done. We often tend to downplay the intellectual aspect of growth because it is so much easier to see the physical. We see a martial artist cut an apple with a sharpe sword on the stomach of another participant without causing harm. Could you do that? Could you walk on water to the master if he asked you to come?
