Many people suffer with the pain and stiffness of carpal tunnel syndrome. You can help carpal tunnel syndrome by improving lymph flow. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition due to compression of the median nerve as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel. The main symptoms are pain, numbness, and tingling, in the thumb, index finger, middle finger, and the thumb side of the ring fingers. When you understand the lymphatic system and its role in reabsorbing acidic cellular waste, you will see that in carpal tunnel syndrome the forearm, wrist and hand wrist have become overly acidic and toxic. Improving lymph flow through the lymph vessels and nodes in the axilla and shoulder can help carpal tunnel syndrome.
