Idiopathic intracranial hypertension helped by improving lymph flow. Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), also known as benign intracranial hypertension (BIH) or pseudotumor cerebri (PTC), is a neurological disorder that is characterized by increased intracranial pressure, without the presence of a tumor or other diseases. The main symptoms are stroke-like headache, nausea, and vomiting, as well as pulsatile tinnitus, double vision, eye pressure and other visual symptoms.

Idiopathic means they don't know why you have the pressure. The lymphatic system is a pressure relief system that helps to reabsorb cellular waste and fluid from the body and brain. In 2015 researchers found lymphatic vessels in the brain. This is a direct lymph-brain connection that can be used to reduce pressure in the body or brain. Improving lymph flow by balancing the internal pH with an alkaline diet, magnesium, systemic enzymes, daily exercise and lymphatic drainage sessions can help reduce the pressure in your head.
