We have all felt some degree of depression, at some point in our lives. For some people depression can be debilitaing. In 2015 lymphatic vessles were foundin the brain. This is a direct lymph-brain connection that can be used to help manage depression. The lymphatic system is a tiny network of vessels and nodes that must clean your body and brain of cellular waste and other debris. When it becomes compromised cellular waste can build in the body or brain limiting circulation, like log jams in a river. When clients go through a manual lymphatic system detoxification they experience a few hours to a day of depression as waste is released and builds in their body and brain. This shows how toxicity is a major contributing factor in depression.  John Ossipinsky explains how to use a more alkaline diet, exercise, supplements and lymphatic drainage to help depression.
