My name is Jonathan, and with my business partner Josef, that’s what we do. Refound is an approach that came out of my tenure as the CEO of a global coaching brand. It’s what I’ve learned works—and doesn’t work—if you’re after culture change and brand transformation. And, it’s the listening that Josef has been helping his clients develop since he started coaching back in 2002. He’s helped hundreds of CEOs and company founders to develop the personal skills it takes to lead a team in the modern world.
