In December 1998 Officers were dispatched to what was termed "a possible suicide". After Officers "floundered" around in the crime scene for two hours, Det. Berry was ordered to respond and render a second opinion. His opinion? Murder and a staged crime scene. The Sheriff's administration's response? Close it as a suicide!
