Physical Signs of Spiritual Enlightenment

When you begin a journey to spiritual enlightenment, or embark on a spiritual awakening, many things begin to take place… physically as well as spiritually. The interesting thing is people are usually a lot more prepared for the spiritual aspect of the journey, than they are the physical.

Why? Because that’s the bulk of information out there in cyberspace covers the “spiritual” side of things. But what about your physical body? What actually happens to your physical body?

Your physical body plays a very important role. It must learn how to adapt and adust when you begin to raise your spiritual awareness. Because your two bodies work together. One cannot advance while the other one is left behind, it’s a transformation that must happen in tandom.
